FINALLY! The day was looking bad! On a day like this people wouldn't ask about him skulking around, or that he should go outside sometime. Frankly or was getting annoying. At least now he could skull if he wanted to, and well he still wondered when Dumbledore's first lesson would come up. It had been awhile and still no dice. He was sure Dumbledore had said that he'd be teaching Harry this year.
If the worriedness of Dumbledore was enough, since Dumbledore was gone a lot, Slighorn was smothering him. He kept scheduling practice on the day Slughorn had his little parties. If Ginny was still on the team she wouldn't have to endure those parties. Then again if she state she could've been killed by so many Gryffidors who hate her because of him.
Harry had gotten up this day, happy that it was raining and after class he ran down outside. Ah fresh air! Finally. Feeling the want to get a little cover Harry wondered to the edge of the forest, and leaned against the nearest trees. Slowly the rain faded away and it was merely damp and gray.

[ooc: I know its like almost two weeks after the original post... hope you dont mind ] Hermione left the Arithmany classroom last, having stopped to make sure that her homework for the night before hadn’t been too short. Of course, the assignment had required twelve inches of parchment and she had written at least twenty inches but still, she wanted to be sure. She decided that she would go her things away in Gryffindor tower before going to find Harry, and seeing if he wanted to come to the library with her to study. She had just walked into the entrance hall and was about to go up to the tower when she noticed Harry slipping out the door. ’Well. There’s no point in going all they way to the tower and then coming back to find him…’ She decided. Hermione turned around, almost slipping on the floor which was wet from the students who were returning from outdoor classes and followed him. He was already way ahead of her heading across the grounds and she walked a little faster trying to catch up. “Hey, Harry!” she called, struggling to catch up because of all her books, and to her displeasure her bag ripped causing all of her books to tumble out onto the ground. “Oh no…” she muttered. “Oh. Don’t let those get muddy.” She dropped to her knees, taking care not to get herself muddy and began to pick her things.

Harry was in the middle of thinking when he heard a voice. His best friend, well that was a girl, was calling him. She had supported him right? If not he couldn't bare losing another friend to the elementals. He had been thinking for awhile and remembered finally what his first meaning for this was, and it was noble, at least sort of. But now it all went out of hand and turned into a huge fight. He didn't want them to get hurt until he began becoming paranoid.
Harry hurried to where Hermione was slipping once, getting some mud splattered on him. He kneeled down and picked up her books. He wasn't sure if he should use scorgify or not, so he left it up to Hermione since she was the spell expert here.
"Whatcha doing here Hermione? It's kinda muddy today." Harry replied being a Mr. MOTO or master of the obvious, but he was curious at the same time. As always he wanted to know everything that went on every where. He just wanted life to be less complicated. Everything seemed to spiral out of control. Why could he not just be normal?

Hermione hurried to grab her things and with Harry’s help she had everything organized within a few seconds. “Oh! Look at us, Harry!” she said, gesturing to the mud that was stuck to both her own and his clothes, not to mention to a few of her books. She looked around for her wand and finally found it a few feet away “Here I’ve got it. Scorgify” she muttered, thinking that that spell would be best. She was working on one of her own spells but she decided she would rather not test it right now.
She looked at her bag and realized that the seam was ripped and sighed. She waved her wand . ’Reparo’ She thought to herself, trying to practice her non-verbal spells, she focused intently on the meaning of the spell and on the object she was trying to fix. She watched as the bag sewed itself back together and smiled. “I read about doing non-verbal spells in our Defense Against the Dark Arts book and thought I’d try. Well, it really wasn’t as hard as I thought. Though I’d imagine it would harder with jinxes or shield charms. And then there’s summoning charms, but those….” She trailed off realizing that she was babbling and that Harry probably didn’t care right now. He looked like he had a lot on his mind and she couldn’t blame him with everything that was going on.
She put all her books in her newly repaired bag and offered Harry a hand up. “I was just looking for you. I just wanted to know if you… wanted to talk.” She changed her mind at the last minute and decided not to ask him to come to the library. He probably wouldn’t be interested right now. He obviously was thinking about something. “So… um… What’s on you mind, Harry?” she asked gently, hoping he wouldn’t go into one of his occasional rages.

Wow she was a great spell caster, of course he never doubted it. Something about her seemed a bit off but that could be just his imagination... Ah ha! She wasn't in the library as usual! Nah can't be it, perhaps something, but he couldn't put his finger on it. Why did everything have to have more then one meaning? Why couldn't the elementals be simply a power not to turn them evil? Why did Ginny have to be one? Gah he seems to think too much into it.
What's on my mind hm? I don't really know really, I mean I've been thinking about Voldemort, and Dumbledore, and Ginny, and The Order, and Ginny. So I've been thinking about a lot," Harry sighed. Everything seemed to be spirallong out of control. First Cedric then Sirius. He didn't know what to do anymore. Harry didn't want anyone to get hurt, he jut wanted this brouhaha to be quelled.
"Let's get under some shade so the little amount of drizzle doesn't soak us," Harry said walking over to the trees nearby. He thought today was a perfect day to fit his mood. All things seemed as grey as the sky nowadays. If Ginny and the others were going to support Voldemort, was it for the best? It couldn't be, but he kept looking back at that thought shuttering at the thought of working for Voldemort.

Hermione knew that Harry was troubled greatly. Being such an observant person and such a good friend, she could see his internal battle as if it was written on his forehead. She followed him over to the nearby trees, ducking a few low hanging branches. She glanced at the ground and saw that it wasn’t as muddy here and raised her wand. “Tergeo” she muttered, she normally used the spell to clean up Ron’s messes when he spilled ink or other unpleasant substances but after thinking she decided that since the spell was to be used to ‘wipe off or wipe dry’, (according the Standard Book of Spells), that it would serve her purpose. Sure enough, the dampness of the ground seemed to move away and she was left with a spot of dry ground.
She smiled at her success and then turned her attention back to Harry. ’Voldemort, and Dumbledore, and Ginny, and The Order, and Ginny…’ he had said. She had winced when he said Voldemort’s name even though she had started using it herself last year. Hermione also didn’t miss that he had mentioned Ginny twice. She knew very well that Ginny was probably what was on his mind the most. He probably wanted to protect her. Harry had lost so many people in his life. Hermione ached with the thought of him losing Ginny. Hermione didn’t want to lose Ginny either but it wasn’t the same as it was for Harry.
Hermione reached over and patted Harry’s hand. “Harry.” She began, a bit unsure what to say. She decided it would be best to get straight to what was probably bothering him most. “I don’t think Ginny would turn against us. I don’t think she would join… V-Vold-“ she cleared her throat. “I don’t think she would join Voldemort.” She said.
